Legal analysis: 1. If your credit card is bound with a mortgage card and you don't repay it on the due date, it will be automatically deducted from your credit card account the day after the due date. 2. It has no binding force. If the credit card fails to repay before the due repayment date, and fails to repay after the due date, the bank will directly deduct the money from any account you opened in any branch of the bank. Article 34 of CCB's credit card charter clearly stipulates this. If the cardholder fails to repay the loan according to the contract, or commits illegal acts, fraud and other malicious acts, and there are other risks, it will be directly deducted from any account opened by the cardholder in any branch of the bank, and if necessary, it has the right to ask the judicial authorities to investigate the legal responsibility of the cardholder or take other corresponding recourse measures.
