Credit accident insurance (complimentary service after signing the credit guarantee service) means that if the cardholder dies or is disabled due to accident, the bank will pay compensation through insurance:

(1) Exempt the cardholder from all payables of the latest credit card bill generated at 0: 00 on the accident date;

(2) As of 0: 00 on the date of the accident, new overdraft transactions (including cleared transactions, transactions that have occurred but have not been cleared, and transactions authorized to be completed) occurred after the latest billing date and their handling fees. The maximum compensation amount shall not exceed the credit line approved by Bank of Communications for the credit card (including temporary adjustment line, easy loan and easy cash loan), and shall not be higher than RMB 200,000;

If the cardholder dies unexpectedly, the insurance company will pay the cardholder's heir another 5,000 yuan in solatium.

Guarantee time: from 0: 00 the day after Bank of Communications confirms that the cardholder has successfully customized the credit guarantee service to 24: 00 the expiry date of the credit guarantee service customized by the cardholder, and the order to be activated will take effect from 0: 00 the third day after the card is activated.

Time limit for accepting claims: apply to the insurance company for claims and submit claims materials within two years from the date of the insured accident, otherwise you have no right to apply for insurance money.
