I don't think so. You can log on to the credit card website of CCB and click "Redemption of Points"-"Announcement" to have a look. It lists some businesses that do not count as points, and writes that many online third-party payments do not accumulate points. When you buy things on Meituan, you basically pay through Alipay, Quick Money and WeChat (that is, through Tenpay), which says that points are not accumulated.
