According to Article 7 of the "Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of the People's Republic of China": The debtor may apply to the People's Court for reorganization, reconciliation or bankruptcy liquidation if it falls under the circumstances specified in Article 2 of this Law. If the debtor is unable to pay off its due debts, the creditor may apply to the People's Court for reorganization or bankruptcy liquidation of the debtor.

If an enterprise legal person has been dissolved but has not been liquidated or has not been completed, and the assets are insufficient to pay off debts, the person who is legally responsible for liquidation shall apply to the People's Court for bankruptcy liquidation.

Relevant requirements for bankruptcy applications:

1. If a creditor files a bankruptcy application, the People’s Court shall file a bankruptcy application within five days from the date of receipt of the application. Notify the debtor within days. If the debtor has any objection to the application, it shall submit it to the People's Court within seven days from the date of receipt of the notice from the People's Court. The people's court shall decide whether to accept the case within ten days from the expiration of the objection period.

2. If the people's court decides not to accept the bankruptcy application, it shall serve it on the applicant within five days from the date of the decision and explain the reasons. If the applicant is dissatisfied with the ruling, he may appeal to the people's court at the next higher level within ten days from the date of delivery of the ruling.

3.
