According to Article 7 of the "Credit Card Regulations of China Merchants Bank (Ninth Edition)":

Chinese residents who are over 18 years old, have full capacity for civil conduct and have good credit standing, and are permanently resident in China Foreigners with full capacity for civil conduct and compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan with full capacity for civil conduct can apply for a personal credit card master card from the card issuer with their valid identity documents.

The main cardholder of the personal card can also apply for a supplementary card for a specific natural person with full capacity for civil conduct or a natural person with limited capacity for civil conduct. Supplementary card application materials must be confirmed by the primary cardholder's personal signature, customer service call recording, electronic signature, or a method mutually recognized by the cardholder and the card issuer. The main cardholder can apply to cancel the supplementary card at any time.

After the credit card center receives the application information, it will take 10 working days to review. Once the card is approved and the card is sent, the customer will be reminded by text message. Customers can receive the card within 15 days after receiving the card notification text message.

Credit cards are sent by registered mail. If you need express delivery, please call the credit card service hotline, press 3#, enter "Apply for Credit Card", and then press 1 to transfer to manual application. Express fee is 20 yuan.
