Credit cards generally have an annual fee, but the annual fee varies according to the issuing bank. The credit card is not activated and the bank will not charge an annual fee. Different banks also have different annual fee-free rules. China Construction Bank and China Everbright Bank can waive the annual fee as long as they swipe their cards three times, and some banks will waive the annual fee only if they swipe their cards five to six times or even more.
Credit cards are also free of annual fees. There is no annual fee for credit cards issued by Postal Savings Bank, and so is Bank of Shanghai.
