1. In the case of signature+password consumption mode: overseas line (password verification is not required) and UnionPay line (password verification) when spending by credit card; Take the current 6-digit transaction password for compulsory verification (AE card only needs to verify the first 4 digits of the password).
2. If it is a signature consumption mode: there is no need to verify the password when spending by swiping the card (entering any password casually will not affect the transaction); Take the current 6-digit transaction password for compulsory verification (AE card only needs to verify the first 4 digits of the password).
Note: When using passwordless credit cards in some overseas regions, due to local industry regulatory requirements or system function limitations, the cardholder will be required to enter any 4 or 6 digits, and then press "Enter" to complete the transaction (in the case of DummyPIN). In some areas, for the sake of simplicity, the cashier will directly tell the cardholder to enter 4 or 6 "0s". This is a normal process. The cardholder shall complete the transaction under the guidance of the cashier.
