2. Under normal circumstances, you should receive the updated card within two weeks (the last week) before the card expires. If you haven't received the updated card at this time, please call the credit card customer service hotline of CITIC Bank for details.

3. After you receive the updated card, the old card can still be used until its expiration. However, if you receive the updated card and activate the card, the updated card will replace the old card from the moment it is activated, and the old card will not be used.

4. The updated card number remains unchanged, and the original functions and services are not affected.
