If the cardholder chooses a paper bill, CITIC Bank will send the cardholder's CITIC credit card bill to the cardholder's mailing address by ordinary mail the day after the monthly bill date. If the cardholder chooses email bill, CITIC Bank will send the cardholder's email bill of CITIC Credit Card to the cardholder's designated mailbox from the day after the billing date of each month.
If the cardholder chooses the MMS bill, CITIC Bank will send the MMS bill of the cardholder's CITIC Credit Card to the mobile phone designated by the cardholder the day after the monthly bill date. If the cardholder does not receive it, it may be a problem with the network or mobile phone settings, and the cardholder needs to consult the operator.
