(2) Foreign countries, China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan: 3% of the cash withdrawal amount, with a minimum of $3.5 /5 yen per transaction. Other expenses arising from cash withdrawal at overseas non-China bank outlets shall be borne by the cardholder.

2. Self-service terminal (ATM):

(1) Domestic (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan): local free of charge; RMB 1 yuan/transaction in different places of the Bank; Inter-bank local RMB 4 yuan/transaction; Inter-bank RMB 12 yuan/transaction. Among them, Great Wall American Express Private Bank Card, Great Wall Zheshang Card, Great Wall Chaoshang Card and Funong Card are free.

(2) Foreign countries and China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan (UnionPay network): Great Wall Global Link products and financial business cards in RMB 15 yuan/pen; The corporate business card is 3% of the transaction amount, with a minimum of RMB 3 yuan per transaction.

(3) Foreign countries, China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan (non-UnionPay network): 3% of the transaction amount, with a minimum of 3.5 USD /5 yen per transaction. Other expenses arising from cash withdrawal from overseas self-service terminals of non-China banks shall be borne by the cardholders themselves.

(4) From April 23, 214 to December 31, 218, the ATM withdrawal fee of Bank of China in the official card of central/local budget units will be exempted.

(5) It is free for BOC to withdraw money from ATMs outside the Great Wall Global Travel Card. If it is collected, it may be charged by other banks. If a handling fee is charged, there will be a prompt, and if the customer agrees, it can be successfully withdrawn.

(6) Full-currency and small-currency cards: Euro cards, Hong Kong dollar cards and Australian dollar cards are charged at 3% of the transaction amount, and there is no starting amount; The pound card is charged at 3% of the transaction amount, with a minimum of 3 pounds.
