1. Before canceling the Pudong Development Credit Card, ensure that there is no arrears in the card, especially the hidden annual fee, otherwise it will be overdue;

2. You can call 400-820-8788 or 95528 customer service to cancel your credit card, or you can choose manual service or apply for cancellation after verifying your personal identity according to the prompts;

3. Bring your valid personal ID and credit card and go to any credit card outlet counter of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank to cancel your credit card account.

Account cancellation: all credit cards can be cancelled after being submitted to the staff, or automatically after 45 days of account cancellation, provided that the account has no arrears or overflow.
