What you said upstairs is not quite correct. Generally speaking, the first column is your credit card limit. The second column is the money you can overdraw. The third column is the total amount you withdraw (but generally this thing doesn't count and can be ignored). The fourth column refers to the maximum amount of cash you can withdraw at present. You can try if you don't believe me. Only 1300 can be mentioned.
