First, the process of applying for a credit card and a debit card is different. When handling a credit card, you need to bring your valid certificate (ID card or a copy of ID card), residence certificate, unit income certificate or personal assets certificate, and go through the relevant formalities at the bank counter. You need to fill out an application form, in which the information requested is true. After filling out the application form, you should go to the head office of the bank for the record. It will take about 20 working days to issue cards to customers after the head office of the bank examines the application materials. Handling debit cards is relatively simple.
