Call the bank customer service phone to apply for unfreezing the credit card. Half of the credit cards overdue for three months will be frozen, which will affect personal credit. Legal basis: Article 43 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on International Criminal Judicial Assistance. If the competent authority considers that the following conditions are met after examination, it may agree to seal up, detain and freeze the property involved, and arrange the relevant case-handling organs to implement it: (1) The conditions for sealing up, detaining and freezing are in line with the laws of People's Republic of China (PRC); (2) The seizure, sealing up and freezing of the property involved are related to the ongoing investigation, investigation, prosecution and trial of criminal cases in the requesting country; (3) The property involved may be sealed up, detained or frozen; (four) the execution of the request does not affect the legitimate rights and interests of the interested parties; (five) the execution of the request does not affect the ongoing investigation, investigation, prosecution, trial and execution activities of the relevant authorities in People's Republic of China (PRC). The case-handling organ shall promptly notify the foreign liaison organ through the competent authority, and the foreign liaison organ shall inform the requesting country of the results of sealing up, distraining and freezing. When necessary, the case-handling organ may take measures to deal with the property involved in the case that has been sealed up, detained or frozen according to law.
