The process of activating the personal online banking function of the Agricultural Bank of China credit card is as follows:

1. Go to the Agricultural Bank of China branch to complete the registration procedures. Fill out the application form, sign the service agreement, and present valid identity documents and original account vouchers that need to be registered (Golden Harvest Savings Card, Golden Harvest Quasi-Credit Card, Golden Harvest Credit Card, Current Passbook).

2. Obtain the personal online banking certificate reference number and authorization code (referred to as the two codes). The certificate can be stored in IE browser or USB-KEY, and users can choose to use it according to their needs.

3. Log in to the homepage of the Agricultural Bank of China (www.abchina.com) and click "Certificate Wizard" - "Personal Certificate Download".

4. Click "Certificate Download" and enter the two codes as prompted to complete the certificate installation.
