Second, the bank credit card application conditions
1. Age requirements: local residents are 18-65 years old, and foreigners are 25-65 years old.
2. Job Requirements: Have a stable work unit, income and fixed residence.
3. Credit requirements: no bad credit record. The supplementary card applicant must be the parent, spouse or child of the main card holder, aged between 16-65.
Three, bank credit card application materials:
1, identification information
Copy of resident identity card or military officer's card; If you are Hong Kong and Macao compatriots, you need to provide a copy of the mainland pass and residence certificate for more than one year; If you are a foreigner, you can provide a copy of your passport and residence permit for more than one year.
2. Proof of work and income

Article 14 Cardholders can use UnionPay, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express or other bank cards to organize acceptance marks abroad (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below), or use their credit cards for consumption by special merchants with UnionPay acceptance marks and other special merchants designated by card issuers in China.
Withdraw local currency cash at overseas cash withdrawal outlets or ATMs with acceptance marks of UnionPay, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express or other bank card organizations; Withdraw RMB cash from ATMs with UnionPay acceptance marks in China or cash withdrawal outlets designated by card issuers or ATMs, and enjoy other services provided by card issuers. Cash cannot be withdrawn from the company card.
Article 15 When a cardholder swipes a card from a special merchant with Visa, MasterCard, JCB and American Express acceptance marks abroad, he only needs to sign the same signature on the shopping receipt as the signature column on the back of the card.
When a special merchant with the UnionPay acceptance logo spends money abroad or in China, the cardholder must enter the password in advance according to the agreement with the card issuer, and sign the same signature as the signature column on the back of the card on the purchase order, unless otherwise agreed between the cardholder and the card issuer or between the acceptance institution and the bank card organization.
Cardholders are required to present valid identity documents when withdrawing cash at overseas cash outlets, and enter passwords when withdrawing cash at ATMs; Passwords must be entered at domestic cash withdrawal outlets and ATMs, and valid identity documents must be presented for cash withdrawal.
Article 16
All transactions conducted by password are regarded as the cardholder's own behavior by the card issuer, and all kinds of transactions, such as credit card consumption, deposit and withdrawal, transfer settlement, online payment, mobile phone payment, telephone payment, etc. , according to the password and other electronic information for the cardholder, the electronic information record generated by the transaction is a valid voucher for the transaction.
For any transaction without password, one or all of the transaction vouchers based on the cardholder's signature and/or information records generated by various transactions based on electronic data such as credit card magnetic stripe, chip and card number belong to the valid vouchers of the transaction. Electronic cash account transactions do not require password authentication and identity authentication, and transaction vouchers do not require the cardholder's signature.
All electronic cash account transactions are regarded as the cardholder's own transactions, and the responsibilities arising from electronic cash account transactions are borne by the cardholder. Cardholders should use credit cards online in a safe technology and merchant environment, otherwise, cardholders should bear the risks and losses brought by using cards online.
