1. If the customer wants to use the credit card again: he can directly call the card-issuing bank and apply for credit card renewal. If the user chooses to keep the card number unchanged, the bank will mail the original credit card with the same card number;

2. If the customer no longer wants to use the credit card: he or she can apply to the card-issuing bank for cancellation. The bank will not issue a new credit card after review. If the user does not want to cause inconvenience in the future, he must settle the credit card balance and apply for account cancellation before the credit card expires.
