Rules for using credit card points quickly.
1. Scenes that support quick points: Taobao, Tmall, water, electricity and coal payment, some external businesses (such as Store 1, Xiaomi mobile phone, Meituan, Handan, Wowo Tuan, F Tuan, Red Kids, Masamasuo, Belle Yougou, Confucius, Jushang, Vipshop, Newegg, Yintai, le bee.
2. For users who register for fast payment for the first time, it will take 24 hours before they can use the points to cash in.
3. The supported banks are:
Ping An Bank, Wenzhou Bank, Jiangsu Bank, Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank, Nanjing Bank, Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank, Bank of Beijing, Tai 'an Commercial Bank, Shanghai Bank and Guangfa Bank.
Industrial Bank (Taobao card only, fast payment is required from cashier page, cartoon channel is not supported for the time being)
ICBC, which currently only supports ICBC credit card users in Sichuan, can use the point cashing function. ICBC credit card points in other regions are not supported for the time being.
4. In the following cases, points cannot be redeemed:
1) If there is a special red envelope for Alipay (for example, the red envelope only supports bank use), the points deduction item will not be displayed.
2) When the total amount of fast credit card payment is less than or equal to 1 yuan, the point deduction entry will not be displayed.
3) The credit card points balance is less than the minimum amount required by the bank, and the points deduction entry is not displayed.
4) Unbound cards or expired cards (fast payment) will not display the entrance for redemption of payment points.
5) The certificate user is not in the certificate environment, and there is no point exchange entrance.
6) Not supported by Taobao Film platform.
7) Only computer exchange is supported, and the entrance is not displayed for non-computer exchange.
8) Credit card installment transaction and credit card express payment-transactions paid by the buyer to redeem points, are not supported.
