1. If it is a China Merchants Bank credit card, the credit card will not be automatically canceled. If you need to cancel the credit card under application or cancel the card that has been issued, you can call the credit card customer service hotline in person and transfer to manual service. Online customer service cannot Handle account cancellation. Cancellation of electronic cards is the same as physical cards. The principal cardholder can cancel the supplementary card under his or her name.

2. If it is a China Merchants Bank credit card, the card number query method is as follows:

1. After logging into the Palm Life APP, select "Finance → Card Manager" to display the number of credit cards and the For card type and other information, click on the card you want to query, click "Query" in the upper right corner of the open page, enter the "Query Password" and after verification, you can see the complete card number.

2. If the credit card is associated with mobile banking, after logging in to mobile banking, click the "headphone icon → card number query → select account" in the upper right corner of the "Home Page", select the credit card you want to view in the drop-down menu, and click " Send verification code", enter the verification code to query the complete card number.

Warm reminder: 1. Credit cards that have not been received for newly opened accounts cannot be queried.

2. For credit cards that are not activated and not linked to OneNet users, please activate the card through Palm Life and check it.
