However, if there is a verification screen, it may be completed within 5 working days. Of course, if it is a mobile banking application, the review time is relatively short, about 1-2 weeks. If it is a mobile phone network application, the review will take 5 working days at the earliest.

Legal basis: Article 28 of the Measures for the Administration of Credit Card Business. Banks applying for credit card business shall submit the following materials to the People's Bank of China:

(1) An application report;

(2) Articles of association and card sample of the credit card;

(3) Credit control, risk management plan and telecommunication equipment;

(4) Resumes and relevant materials of the principal person in charge of the credit card department;

(5) Information about joining international credit card organizations;

(6) Other materials required by the People's Bank of China.
