If the ID card expires and the information is revised and supplemented, please update the customer information through any business outlets of mobile banking or Minsheng Bank with valid ID card; If the name or certificate number on the ID card is changed, a certificate of change issued by the public security organ that issued the ID card must also be provided; If the name or ID number does not match due to the incorrect information provided by the company during the batch card issuance, please bring your valid ID card and official letter from the company to the original information establishment agency to modify it for me.

Note: 1. Mobile banking customers can log in to mobile banking, enter "I → Settings → Information Update" and click "Upload Certificate Information" to complete the certificate update by themselves. (This operation is limited to customers whose second-generation identity documents have expired less than 6 months. )

2. The first-generation ID card (15 digits) and other documents need to be updated at any business outlet of Minsheng Bank, and mobile banking does not support updating.
