1. Basic regulations

1. Dragon Card credit card holders can accumulate points according to the Dragon Card credit card calculation method by swiping their cards for consumption (except Dragon Card commercial cards), and can redeem corresponding physical gifts, air miles, services, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Points Gifts") in accordance with China Construction Bank regulations. .

2． China Construction Bank has the right to disqualify Dragon Card credit card holders from participating in points activities if they are involved in any of the following circumstances: they are suspected of using false transactions to defraud points (including swiping their cards for other people’s transactions), the China Construction Bank Dragon Card credit card they hold is suspended, or Restriction of use, self-cancellation, violation of the "China Construction Bank Long Card Credit Card Use Agreement", violation of the "China Construction Bank Long Card Credit Card Regulations" or these points rules and other relevant regulations.

3． China Construction Bank has the right to require cardholders to provide consumption transaction invoices, purchase vouchers and other materials to verify the authenticity of the transaction; if the cardholder cannot submit relevant materials, China Construction Bank has the right not to exchange the card; once it is found that the cardholder made a false transaction If arbitrage is obtained by redeeming points, China Construction Bank has the right to take measures such as freezing points, clearing points, freezing card use, canceling cards, etc., and reserves the right to pursue further recourse; if the foregoing behavior may constitute a crime, China Construction Bank has the right to file a lawsuit. The public security organs report the case and provide relevant materials and information to the judicial authorities.

4. Credit card points are a reward item provided by China Construction Bank to cardholders for card consumption. They do not constitute the cardholder’s assets until they are redeemed for point gifts. Points cannot be transferred to other cardholders or any third party. Any transfer will have no impact on China Construction Bank. None of them have any effect.

2. Points Accumulation Rules

Cardholders who use the China Construction Bank Dragon Card credit card can accumulate credit card purchases at hotels, hotels, restaurants, entertainment, department stores, and other retail stores. Points; when you handle merchant installment and mail-order installment business, you can get points equal to the total installment principal at one time. However, points will not be calculated for the following items:

1. Pay revolving credit interest, annual fees, late payment fees, installment fees and other fees, and withdraw cash and repay Long Card credit cards;

2. Relevant fees paid through withholding and payment and transactions paid by credit card on behalf of others;

3. Merchant consumption in real estate, automobiles, wholesale, hospitals, schools, etc., as well as non-profit industries such as charity and social services, as well as financial and government payment transactions (such as insurance, investment, taxes, fines);

4. Car purchase installment, decoration installment, study abroad installment, parking space installment, consumption installment, bill installment, cash installment business;

5. Excellent Business Card - corporate business card for various consumption;

6 . Special billing merchants determined by UnionPay;

7. Other transactions or merchants designated by China Construction Bank that do not provide points.

If the merchant fails to install bank card acceptance machines in accordance with China UnionPay regulations, resulting in points being calculated for transactions that should not be awarded points, China Construction Bank has the right to deduct the part of the cardholder's points. China Construction Bank will not be held responsible if a single bank or merchant fails to correctly set the merchant category in accordance with China UnionPay regulations, thereby affecting the accumulation of points.

China Construction Bank has the right to review the legality, authenticity and legitimacy of cardholders’ transactions to obtain points, and requires cardholders to provide POS purchase orders, shopping invoices and other supporting materials. If the cardholder cannot provide proof materials that meet CCB's requirements on time, CCB has the right not to grant points to the cardholder, or to take measures to deduct points.

3. Calculation method of points

1. Dragon Card credit card points include basic points and bonus points.

2． The basic points are that cardholders who use the Dragon Card credit card will earn 1 point for every RMB 1 spent (spent with the Shanghai Volkswagen Dragon Card, 6 points for RMB 1,000); and 7 points for every USD 1 spent (spent with the Shanghai Volkswagen Dragon Card, USD 100). EUR 1 will earn 4.2 points); European Travel Card holders will earn 9 points for EUR 1 spent.

Excellence Business Card-Personal business card earns 1 point for every RMB spent with the card; for transactions settled in US dollars, CCB purchases foreign exchange for the cardholder on the bank accounting date and accumulates points based on the amount entered in RMB.

3. The point calculation date is the bank recording date of the consumption.

4. Reward points are additional points calculated to encourage cardholders to make specific purchases, use the card or use related products, or participate in activities and meet reward conditions. Reward points are calculated and used according to the activity terms announced for points reward activities.

5. The points earned by the cardholder's main card and supplementary card are combined and the points generated by the supplementary card's consumption are accumulated to the main card.

6. If the goods or services purchased with the card are returned for any reason, or the money is refunded due to disputes over the purchase order, or other reasons, China Construction Bank will deduct the points originally obtained through this transaction.

4. Points Validity Period

Points are valid all year round within the validity period of the card (except for Shanghai Volkswagen Dragon Card and special provisions). Points can continue to be accumulated and redeemed after the cardholder renews the card. ; If the cardholder does not renew the card or cancel the card upon expiration, if there is still a Dragon Card credit card in normal use under his or her name (except for the Dragon Card car card and special provisions), the points from the canceled card can be transferred to other cards under the cardholder's name. If there is no other credit card, the points on the canceled card will be cleared.

5. Points Inquiry Method

Cardholders can check the point balance through the following methods:

1. Credit card statement: The statement shows the points balance as of the statement date. Point balance;

2. China Construction Bank website: log in to www.ccb.com to check the point balance of the corresponding card number;

3. SMS: Edit the SMS "CCJF# last 4 digits of the card number" on the mobile phone reserved in the China Construction Bank credit card system and send it to 95533. 5. The Shanghai Volkswagen Dragon Card points information is based on the Shanghai Volkswagen Dragon Card credit card statement. It can be obtained through the Shanghai Volkswagen Dragon Card dedicated POS machine at the Shanghai Volkswagen sales and service store. Query.

6. Points redemption method

1. Points redemption must be applied for by the main cardholder, and supplementary cardholders are not allowed to apply.

2． Points redemption includes the following four methods:

(1) Redeem points for gifts online through the Credit Card Points Mall. Whether the application is successful will depend on whether the cardholder’s points are sufficient for deduction and the gift inventory.

(2) When swiping a card at a CCB point redemption partner merchant, the points can be used to offset part of the consumption to redeem gifts.

(3) Longka Auto Card points cardholders can call the CCB customer service hotline 400-820-0588 to apply for redeeming points for gas expenses.

(4) Diamond credit card, platinum credit card (premium version, elite version) cardholders can call 400-888-8858 to apply for redemption of points gifts.

3. Eastern Airlines Dragon Card, Shenzhen Airlines Dragon Card, China Southern Airlines Dragon Card, Air China Zhiyin Dragon Card, Shanghai Volkswagen Dragon Card, Dongfeng Nissan Dragon Card points can be redeemed for designated gifts and will not participate in the aforementioned redemption. Points from other cards in the name of the cardholder may not be transferred to the above. Special exchanges are made on the card.

4. If there is any corresponding tax on the gift points redeemed by the cardholder, the cardholder shall be responsible for and declare the tax himself.

7. Points Mall Redemption

1. Dragon Card principal cardholders can apply to redeem points mall gifts in accordance with these rules. The redeemable points gifts are subject to the latest information published on the website. .

2． Gifts in the special area of ??the points mall can only be redeemed with corresponding designated cards, such as diamond credit cards, platinum credit cards (premium version, elite version), championship football cards, Transformers cards, etc. China Construction Bank will adjust and announce the applicable gift redemption options based on business development needs. scope.

3. Redemption application method

The cardholder logs into the points mall, registers as a user/logs in, after selecting the points gift, follow the prompts to place an order, confirm the gift quantity, delivery address and other redemption information, enter the mobile phone number and credit card number Simple steps to complete your order.

4. All gift redemptions cannot be canceled or changed once applied for, and by submitting the application, the cardholder authorizes China Construction Bank to agree to deduct corresponding points from other cards in the cardholder's name when a single card in the cardholder's name is insufficient for redemption.

5. Delivery information query: After successful redemption, you can log in to the Points Mall to check the order delivery status in My Account.

6. The cardholder's application for redemption shall be deemed to agree that China Construction Bank will submit the cardholder's name, contact number, billing address and other delivery information to the gift supplier and delivery unit and accept gift delivery services.

7. Gifts in the diamond and platinum card areas are only redeemable by cardholders of diamond credit cards and platinum credit cards (premium and elite editions); gifts in the championship football card area are only redeemable with champion football cards, and champion football standard cards can be redeemed for points gifts from each club. The Champions Football Club Card can only be redeemed for points gifts from the club; the gifts in the Transformers Card area can only be redeemed with Transformers Cards; the gifts in the Barbie Beauty Credit Card area can only be redeemed with the Barbie Beauty Credit Card.

8． The pictures of point gifts on CCB’s website or promotional materials are for reference only, and the actual products shall prevail. The colors and designs of some gifts will be sent randomly.

9. Points gift redemption is a feedback activity and no invoice will be provided. Unless there is a quality problem, all gift points cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, refunded for points or exchanged for cash. If the redeemed points gift is damaged during transportation or the point gift itself has quality problems, the cardholder must call the gift supplier's sales hotline indicated on the gift package within 7 days from the date of receipt to submit an exchange application. God will not accept it. When returning, please be sure to keep the original packaging, included instructions, accessories and relevant certificates. If the cardholder finds a quality problem with the gift during use, he or she can call the gift supplier to apply for repair.

10． Airline miles, electronic vouchers, etc. redeemed through points have usage regulations such as expiration date and scope of application, and cardholders must use them in accordance with the regulations. Items that violate the regulations and are unable to be used or that have expired and cannot be used shall not be returned or exchanged.

11. Physical gifts will be sent to the cardholder by each points gift supplier according to the China Construction Bank statement address reserved by the cardholder (only in mainland China, excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan); non-physical gifts such as text messages and electronic coupons etc. will only be sent to the cardholder’s mobile phone reserved in the CCB credit card system. Please verify the statement address, postal code, and mobile phone number one week before the redemption application to ensure that the information is correct and complete. 12. The delivery method of points gifts is as follows:

(2) Mailing packages: Remote areas and related controlled areas where door-to-door delivery services cannot be provided will be delivered by ordinary mailing packages.

(3) By letter: Discount coupons or other valuable vouchers will be mailed to the cardholder by letter.

13． The cardholder or the person signing for the gift should check the integrity of the gift on the spot when signing for it. If there are quality problems or defects, he or she may refuse to sign for it; once the cardholder or the person signing for it signs for it, it means that the gift has been received.

14． The time and method of crediting airline miles to the cardholder's airline membership account shall be subject to the relevant regulations of the airline.

8. Points redemption at merchants

1. Points merchant redemption means that when cardholders spend at China Construction Bank Long Card Points Redemption Partner merchants, they can choose to use points to redeem part of the consumption at the designated cashier counter, and the remaining amount can be paid with a credit card to redeem points gifts. Only the points on the credit card used can be used for redemption. China Eastern Airlines Dragon Card, China Southern Airlines Dragon Card, Shenzhen Airlines Dragon Card, Air China Zhiyin Dragon Card, Shanghai Volkswagen Dragon Card, Dongfeng Nissan Dragon Card and specially specified points are not eligible for redemption.

2． The proportion of consumption amount redeemed by points to the total amount payable for a single purchase depends on the situation of different merchants and is subject to the display on the POS machine (the list of cooperative merchants and the proportion of consumption amount redeemed by points for each merchant to the total amount payable for a single consumption Please refer to the website announcement for details of the ranking rules).

3. Points will be accumulated for the payment part by swiping the card (except for the merchant type designated by our bank as not counting points), and points will no longer be accumulated for the point redemption part.

4. Cardholders can check the latest point redemption partner merchant information on the CCB website.

5. The merchant will issue an invoice to the cardholder for the amount paid by credit card when redeeming points for gifts, but no invoice will be issued for the point redemption portion. Relevant information is listed on the points redemption purchase form.

9. Refueling with Dragon Card Car Card Points

1. Car card points can be redeemed for gas expenses, starting from 50,000 points and increasing in increments of 250 points. A maximum of 500,000 points can be used in a single redemption. Points from other Dragon Card credit cards in the name of the cardholder cannot be combined with car card points for redemption.

2． To redeem car card points for gas fees, you can call CCB’s 24-hour customer service hotline at 400-820-0588 to apply for redemption.

3. When car card points are redeemed for other gifts, the general point redemption rules apply, and the above rules do not apply.

10. Special redemption for airline co-branded cards, Dongfeng Nissan Dragon Card and Shanghai Volkswagen Dragon Card

1. Points earned by China Eastern Airlines Dragon Card, Shenzhen Airlines Dragon Card, China Southern Airlines Dragon Card, and Air China Zhizhilong Card are all automatically converted into Eastern Miles flight points, Shenzhen Airlines Premier Club miles, China Southern Sky Pearl Club miles, and Air China Zhizhi Club miles.

2． Dongfeng Nissan Dragon Card points are automatically converted into Dongfeng Nissan member points.

3. Shanghai Volkswagen Dragon Card points are valid for 5 years and can be used when purchasing complete vehicles, parts, and accessories at designated Shanghai Volkswagen dealers and repair stations across the country. Points can be used to directly deduct the equivalent cash value, with 1 point deducting 1 yuan. Shanghai Volkswagen can use points to deduct up to RMB 6,000 for new cars, and spare parts and accessories (including the cost of maintenance and repair parts) can be deducted for up to RMB 10 of the actual sales amount at a time.

11. Legal relationship

There is no partnership, distribution, agency relationship or relationship with sellers, advertising media or guarantors between China Construction Bank and points gift suppliers; China Construction Bank is only responsible for submitting relevant gift information to suppliers on behalf of the cardholder and paying the gift consideration (if any) for the cardholder.

The gifts redeemed by cardholders are provided by each supplier, and the suppliers are responsible for their quality, quantity, style, color, after-sales service and other issues. If the cardholder has a dispute about the gifts and after-sales services provided by the supplier, China Construction Bank is only responsible for assisting the cardholder to contact the supplier. China Construction Bank guarantees that the suppliers selected or designated by it have the corresponding qualifications stipulated in laws and regulations.

12. Modification and Termination

China Construction Bank has the right to cancel or modify relevant rules (including but not limited to participation qualifications, scoring rules, gift and redemption standards, etc.) as needed. , and will take effect after a certain period of time after being announced through relevant channels (such as CCB’s website, statements, text messages, newspapers, or branches and outlets, etc.), and cardholders will not be notified separately.

Cardholders have the right to choose whether to continue to use Long Card credit cards and related services during the announcement period of China Construction Bank. If the cardholder is unwilling to accept the content of the announcement of China Construction Bank, the cardholder should cancel the announcement before the announcement is implemented. Apply to China Construction Bank for changes or termination of related services; if the cardholder does not apply for changes or termination of related services, the cardholder will be deemed to have agreed to the relevant adjustments, and the changed content will be legally binding on the cardholder. If the cardholder does not implement China Construction Bank has the right to choose to terminate this service if the content is changed.
