Applying for a Taiwan Entry Permit requires proof of financial resources. You can choose one of three options: a gold credit card, a certificate of deposit, or a certificate of employment. Proof of deposit is not required for applying for a Taiwan Pass.

Taiwan Pass Introduction: It is a travel pass issued by the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China to mainland residents traveling to Taiwan. When entering Taiwan, the Taiwan Entry Permit issued by the Exit, Exit and Immigration Administration of the Ministry of the Interior will be inspected together.

Endorsement types:

(1) Mainland residents approved to travel to Taiwan can be issued a one-time endorsement valid for 6 months;

(2) Approved to travel to Taiwan Tour group leaders can issue multiple endorsements valid for one year according to their needs.

Preparation materials:

(1) Fill in the "Application Form for Mainland Residents Traveling to and from Taiwan";

(2) Fill in 1 application form: Applicant required Fill out the "Application Form for Mainland Residents Traveling to and from Taiwan" in person;

(3) Test receipt and 1 photo: The "Beijing Entry-Exit Document Digital Photo Test Receipt" used for applying for a pass must be one month old "Valid within the validity period" (2-inch color photo with white background), and affix a photo consistent with the receipt on the form;

(4) Residents who apply for a Taiwan Travel Permit only need to submit the "Chinese Citizen Entry and Exit Document" Application form", "Resident ID card" and "photo that meets the standards of the "Guidelines for Photos of Entry and Exit Documents"" are enough.

Required conditions:

(1) Employees must provide proof of employment for more than half a year;

(2) Enterprises must provide a copy of their business license; Groups and foreign companies shall provide a copy of their registration certificate; administrative institutions shall provide a copy of their organization code certificate;

(3) Students shall provide a copy of their student ID card and school certificate;

( 4) Retired and unemployed persons must provide the original certificate of a bank deposit of more than 50,000 yuan in their own name with a deposit period of more than three months, or a copy of a bank deposit receipt of the same amount;

(5) A passport with good exit record or 5 Ten thousand yuan deposit.

Document collection:

(1) Apply for the "Taiwan Travel Permit for Mainland Residents" and travel endorsement, which will be processed within 10 working days;

(2 ) The investigation time is not included in the promised time limit for obtaining the certificate;

(3) The applicant shall collect the certificate from the group travel agency with the receipt of the certificate.
