Matters needing attention in using VISA card

Alipay platform closed the VbV transaction entrance of Visa card on August 17, 2006. At present, according to the requirements of the majority of Alipay members, through the joint efforts of Visa International, Agricultural Bank of China and Alipay, it is decided to reopen the VBV trading portal of Visa card from June 22, 2006. The relevant matters are now explained as follows:

1. At present, Visa cards issued by all financial institutions in Hong Kong (except Hang Seng Bank) are open. Alipay does not support Visa card transactions in countries other than Hong Kong (including Chinese mainland);

2. The shopping website opened this time is limited to the payment of transactions created on Taobao.

3. In this open Visa payment portal, the verification of CVV2 has been added, requiring all members to input according to the last three digits of the signature column on the back of the Visa card;

4. Please conduct visa payment business in good faith. If the Alipay risk monitoring system finds abnormal behaviors, it will seriously deal with Alipay accounts and related transactions after verification and confirmation, and notify the issuing bank;
