Oral loss reporting is a short-term freeze, and accounts are generally frozen for 5 days. After 5 days, the bank card account will be automatically unfrozen.
You can freeze the bank account by entering the wrong password through mobile banking, online banking or the bank's ATM machine. Usually, if you enter the wrong password three times in a row, the bank card account will be frozen.
Long-term freezing requires cardholders to bring their ID cards to the issuing bank outlets to apply for freezing.
