(1) online wanted, as long as the suspect is absent, the wanted order will not be revoked;

(2) After the fugitive is arrested and checked by the public security organ, he shall go through the online wanted cancellation procedures within 48 hours from the date of being escorted back to the place where the case was filed.

2. Legal basis: Article 82 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Security Administration Punishment Law.

3. Public security organs at all levels must arrange, organize and take effective measures in time to do a good job in investigation and arrest after receiving the wanted notice;

4. If the wanted person has been brought to justice, died or the wanted reason has disappeared, and he no longer needs to be wanted, the public security organ that issued the wanted order shall immediately notify the cancellation of the wanted order within the original release scope.
