PayPal will charge your card a fee of $1.95 (which will be refunded to your PayPal account balance within 24 hours after the authentication is completed).

this fee will appear on your credit card bill together with the 4-digit code and the word "PayPal" (for example, PayPal*1234CODE, and "1234" is the PayPal code). If you check the card statement online, you can find this code within 2-3 working days. Otherwise, you should look up this code the next time you receive the statement email.
