Credit cards become effective and irrevocable as soon as they are reported lost. It is recommended to call the credit card customer service center (tel: 4006695599,021-61kloc-0/95599) to inquire about the replacement of a new card after reporting the loss.

Tips:

1. The loss report takes effect immediately and cannot be cancelled. Our bank will reissue your card as soon as possible and send it free of charge.

2. After the loss is reported, the system will automatically deduct the 50 yuan handling fee.
