Mr. Huang Tao: Born in August 1971, Chinese nationality, master’s degree in business administration from Oxford University, UK, economist, currently the vice president and chief risk officer of the Bank. From September 2001 to June 2007, Mr. Huang held various positions in China Construction Bank, including senior deputy manager of the Credit Management Division of the Risk Management Department of the Head Office, senior manager of the Credit Asset Quality Supervision Division, senior manager of the Corporate Credit Product Risk Management Division, Assistant to the General Manager of the Risk Management Department; from June 2007 to April 2012, he served as Senior Vice President and Secretary to the Board of Directors, Alternate Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director and Executive Vice President of China Construction Bank (Asia) Co., Ltd., China Construction Bank (Asia) Macau) Co., Ltd. and Queensland Joint Insurance Company; from April 2012 to June 2012, he served as deputy general manager of the Risk Management Department of China Construction Bank. Mr. Huang has been the chief risk officer of the Bank since August 2012; he has been a director of Bank of Shanghai (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. since May 2013.
