Different banks may have different calculation methods for credit card cash withdrawal fees. Most of them charge a one-time fee of 1% of the transaction amount, which can be implemented in accordance with the corresponding bank regulations of the credit card. However, the calculation method of cash withdrawal interest is the same. It is charged on a daily basis based on 50,000% of the transaction amount. It is calculated from the date of withdrawal to the day before the date of repayment.
Assuming that you use a credit card to withdraw 1,000 in cash on January 1 and repay it on January 30, the handling fees and interest generated are calculated as follows:
1. The handling fee is based on the transaction amount 1 charge, minimum RMB 10. If you withdraw 1,000 in cash, the handling fee is 1,000*1=10 yuan.
2. The interest is charged at 50,000 per day. If you withdraw 1,000 in cash, the daily interest is 1,000*0.05=0.5 yuan. Counting from the date of cash withdrawal to the day before repayment, one day is 29 days, and the interest calculated is 0.5*29=14.5 yuan.
The above is a simple calculation. In fact, since compound interest will be calculated at a later date on the bill, the interest may be higher than the above calculation.
