I still remember that I just joined the company in March last year. I have been able to show my strength from my appearance since I was a child. Before I started working, I was selected to participate in the annual tug-of-war competition of the Changzheng Certificate. The ordering of the queue, the way of exerting force, and the posture of the movements are all very particular. These past few months may be the busiest time of the year. I am busy with work and studying for exams. In the past few months, I have gradually become familiar with the scattered business, my never-ending thirst for knowledge has gradually been enriched, and my irreversible life continues. I was excited to receive my first salary, excited to open a fund for the first time, felt aggrieved by the accusations from customers, and felt confused due to the downturn in the market. The journey we have taken is by no means perfect, nor is it without merit. All the emotional ups and downs during this process gave me a fulfilling summer.
In September, as a newcomer, I participated in the induction training for new employees. A huge team of more than 100 people formed several teams and left countless memories. I still remember the ice-breaking journey two days ago. We turned from strangers from all over the world into friends who talked about everything. We train together, study together, play together, and work hard together. I still remember President Deng Hui’s passionate speech, which ignited the passion of a group of young people full of dreams. When the graduation party ended and brothers and sisters from all over the world bid farewell to Wuhan and returned to their respective workplaces, they were no longer confused and filled with enthusiasm.
It has been a year since I joined the company. Looking back on the past year, I feel very lucky to see myself shed my youthfulness and continue to grow. I'm glad that I have such a family to comfort me, I'm glad that I have such a platform for my development, and I'm glad that I have such a group of partners to grow with me!

One day in 2007, I came to the sales department to apply for an internship. I moved out of the school dormitory and moved into the Lianyi office building (because I could sleep on the sofa for free), where I learned securities knowledge while speculating in gold. I passed one subject of the professional examination in October, so I also had a meal full of seafood from Brother Jiang. At the end of 2007, I rented a room in Xueyuan Community with my classmates to temporarily solve the housing problem. Stationed in the Iron Man Branch of ICBC, the company went public on December 27 of that year. As a new employee, I was very happy. I moved to Xincun District 7 to share a room, because District 7 is relatively close to the company and sales department where I originally speculated in gold. However, the market situation took a turn for the worse that year. As fresh graduates, it was difficult for us to do business. Our classmates resigned and we were no longer able to share the same apartment. So I moved to another classmate, and the house served as a classroom during the day, and the desks were put together as a bed at night. Although I saved money on rent, it was still too far from the bank and sales department. I had to take the bus for a long time every day and had to change routes. Going back and forth wastes time.
At that time, the sales department mainly allowed us to stay in certain locations. If we were far away from the sales department, there were no strict requirements for returning to the sales department. So in the summer of the Olympic year, I moved to Longxin Community in Rang District, which is close to the bank branch. My classmate ran his business and I stationed at my bank branch. At this time, the market was even more depressed and many people in the industry resigned. There is a monthly supplementary pension insurance and other things, and the actual salary is dozens of yuan. When my classmates come back from Taiyuan, they have to have dinner together. It is really that my pocket is cleaner than my face. It’s a tough choice to stick with it or change jobs. So I started selling watches to my classmates, and he sold tents to me. I happily make money through Taobao and speculate in stocks. No speculation, employees are not allowed to trade stocks, mainly for living expenses.
Since I chose to stay, I had to stick to it and go to the bank every day. At this time, I switched to China Everbright Bank, where I could install a computer to start business. We contacted customers who came to the bank to do business, developed some customers, and the market started with the stimulation of 4 trillion yuan. Work has finally made progress, and my income has increased a lot. So my classmates and I decided to move out of Longxin and move into a high-rise building in Caiyan.
My cooking skills have developed greatly by cooking for myself in Caiyan. If the meat is not fresh, add too much MSG, and if the color is wrong, add too much soy sauce. Sell ??a few orders of Yangtze River Financial Management and pay back the credit card.
The sales department lacked FC, so in 2009 I returned to the sales department to work as FC. I moved from the top level of the mining industry to Wanbao District 3. The good times are always short-lived. I blame the company for paying me so much provident fund. In 2014, I bought a house outside the Lakeside Community, so I no longer have to rent a house.
Over the years, the sales department often gave me the opportunity to go to Wuhan for study and training, so I fell in love with hot dry noodles. The price of duck necks increases every year, and Jingwu becomes Zhouhei. I climbed up to the Yellow Crane Tower in the rain and saw the cherry blossoms at Wuhan University. In the past few years, Changzheng and I have really had nothing to say. Get married, have kids, buy a house. The period of long-term certification laid the foundation for my work and life. From the time I left college to the age of 30, the years have passed by. What I have left behind is a full sense of personal accomplishment and the pride of growing up with the company, but there is also some bitterness in it. Somehow I thought of my moving experience over the years. From the time I joined the company to now, I have moved a total of five times.
I still remember the first time I took a three-and-a-half-hour bus ride from school (Canglong Island, Jiangxia District) to the former Jiefang Avenue Sales Department in Xinjiadi, Jiefang Avenue. Coming to a strange place for the first time, I felt very confused. At the same time, accommodation became a top priority at that time. It was impossible to take the bus for three and a half hours to work every day. The light rail was not yet open at that time! After many twists and turns, I finally shared an apartment with my colleagues in the same community as the sales department. It was a closed apartment with a small room and no sunlight, but fortunately it was close to the company. At first, I was a trainee account manager in the sales department, and I had to be stationed at China Construction Bank. I was resistant at first. I always felt that bank employees seemed to be condescending and I was reluctant to take the initiative to contact them. But in order to develop customers and do a good job in marketing, we can only take the initiative and help the lobby manager. Every day at noon, I have to take the initiative to help employees go to the cafeteria to get food. Maybe I was stupid at that time, but it is precisely because of this that the sisters and aunts at the bank are still nice to me. Not only will they introduce customers to me, but they will also He invited me out for dinner and shopping, and even thought of introducing me to my boyfriend! Our friendship has continued since then and we have become old friends for many years. During those days, although it was a bit hard as I just stepped out of school and entered the society, it was indeed a simple and happy time in my life.
We, the new employees, train together after get off work every day. After the training, everyone has to take an individual assessment. Only after passing the test can they go home. Thinking about it now, I am still a little nervous! But it was the study and accumulation during that period that continuously solidified my business foundation and laid the foundation for me to successfully carry out my work and accept various business challenges in the future.
I lived in this small apartment for nearly half a year. At that time, my cousin, who I grew up with, was hospitalized in Tongji due to a brain tumor. After all, she did not wake up after the operation. Witnessing the death of loved ones around me, the pain and depression in my heart were beyond words. I began to suffer from insomnia all night long. Sadness and fear filled those difficult days. Under the dissuasion of my college classmates, I moved to Qiaokou Road to share a house with them. She worked at China Merchants Securities. There were many topics in the same industry every day. We discussed market changes and future trends together, and discussed how to develop in a bear market. Big clients; of course we will also compete secretly, agreeing on who can pass the fund professional qualification certificate first this time and who can treat us to a big dinner. The days are slowly passing by in this small fight. Looking back at those days, I was still quite financially strapped. My monthly salary of less than 2,000 yuan was spent on one-third of my rent. The pressure of life forced me to quickly introduce assets. But at that time, no matter how hard I tried, my client assets could never increase. I once doubted whether I was really suitable for this industry. Fortunately, there were classmates who kept encouraging me and made me give up the idea of ??giving up midway. Until now, I have always been grateful to her for her company. We persisted together and encouraged each other, and we were able to reach this point in the securities industry.
Later, there was a shortage of people in the trading position in the sales department, and the general manager asked me to temporarily help at the counter. I liked the job of the trading post very much because it suited my personality very well. After I gradually became familiar with the work of the trading post, the sales department sent me to the then secondary sales department - Wujiashan Erya Road Sales Department, which is our Current residence. At that time, Wujiashan seemed to me a very remote place, and I almost got lost the first time I came there. But fortunately, the people in Wujiashan had simple folk customs, and I gradually fell in love with this place. In 2011, the sales department moved from Xinjiadi on Jiefang Avenue to Wujiashan at the request of the headquarters. At that time, more than 60 colleagues came to this strange place to build our battlefield. After arriving in Wujiashan, I gradually found that commuting to and from get off work was inconvenient. I got up at 6 o'clock every morning and got home at 8 o'clock in the evening. Several colleagues discussed and decided to move to Wujiashan together. So four of our colleagues rented a house on the top floor without an elevator. This was my third move. I have witnessed many colleagues leave here, and new colleagues are constantly arriving. I persisted until the end and stayed for two and a half years. In the end, I had no choice but to leave because the landlord wanted to sell the house. I left in a hurry, braving the heavy snow and going out to look for a house. At that time, I secretly vowed to work harder and buy a home of my own.
So the winter of 2013 ushered in my fourth move. There was a lot of luggage. Every time I moved over the years, there were a lot more things. I was always reluctant to throw away the old things. This time is no exception. I share a house with my colleagues to save money on buying a house! Later, I finally got my own house. 2014 can be said to be a turning point in my life. This year I decorated my new home. This year I got married. This year I got pregnant. And with the bull market coming in the second half of this year, everything is off to a good start. At the end of this year, I finally ushered in my fifth move, moved into my own home, and welcomed the birth of a little life in my own home.
Recalling the moving experience in the past few years, I always feel inexplicably sad, but every time I persist, I always feel that there is a force supporting me. Maybe it is the recognition expressed by the customer's thank you, maybe it is The enthusiastic help from my colleagues, the meticulous care of the leaders, or the long-term pursuit of excellence... everything is enough for me to keep moving forward in the face of adversity. As an ordinary employee of Changzheng, I feel extremely proud. With this persistence and enthusiasm, I am willing to work with the company to enter the next glorious 25 years!
