1. Please log in to the credit card website, click "Online Banking Login" on the right, enter your ID number, inquiry password and additional code, log in to online banking, and find account management-account inquiry-bill inquiry.
2. Call the customer service hotline from the fixed telephone, and enter the ID number +"#"-2 line inquiry and adjustment -3 bill inquiry.
3. Log in to the "Pocket Life" client, and enter "Bill Repayment-Bill Query" to query the details of sent and undelivered bills.
