Strictly abide by the credit card policies and relevant regulations jointly formulated by the People's Bank of China and five banks, and fulfill the responsibilities and obligations agreed in relevant agreements. In the process of carrying out credit card business, there shall be no exclusive behavior.

Consciously resist acts that are not conducive to the development of credit card business, and properly resolve business differences in practical work in accordance with the principles of seeking truth from facts, unity and cooperation, and mutual understanding. The principle that the minority is subordinate to the majority should be adopted to solve controversial issues. The competent authority should take timely measures to stop acts harmful to other banks. For banks that fail to implement relevant regulations and do not listen to dissuasion, measures such as joint informed criticism or cancellation of joint business qualification can be taken to impose sanctions.
