1. Open the JD.COM App, click the "My" icon in the lower right corner of the screen to enter the personal account page.
2. On the personal account page, find and click the "My Wallet" option to enter the "My Wallet" page.
3. On my wallet page, find and click the "bank card" option to enter the bank card management page.
4. On the bank card management page, you can see all the bound bank cards, select the bank card to unbind, and click to enter the details page of the bank card.
5. Click "Unbind Bank Card" or "Delete" on the bank card details page, and a prompt box will pop up to confirm unbinding.
6. Click "OK" or "Unbind Still" in the prompt box to confirm the unbinding, and enter the payment password (if any) to complete the unbinding operation of the bank card.
