In view of the facts and evidence examined in the court investigation stage, the parties and their agents ad litem conduct oral arguments with each other around the focus of the case dispute, and strive for the collegial panel to make a judgment in their favor. At the same time, the judges can grasp the key point of the case through debate, which is helpful to find out the facts of the case and distinguish between right and wrong;
