Second, the credit card business has brought certain losses to the people.
Of course, the reason why we often complain about the credit card business must be because the credit card business has brought us some losses, because when we use the credit card, we may suffer some losses because we don't understand it, or because some organizations can't protect their legitimate rights and interests because of malicious operations, so we will complain about the credit card business.
Third, the credit card business cannot be responsible to consumers.
Of course, another reason is that the credit card business may not be our responsibility. We trust the credit card business very much, and we also believe that the credit card business can have a better attitude and provide us with better services in our daily life. But the credit card business can't have a better service level and bring us better convenience, so we will complain about the credit card business.
