The content of the credit card application contract is as follows:

1. Party B guarantees that all application information provided to Party A is true, complete, accurate and legal.

2. Party B agrees that Party A will disclose the application information to third parties deemed necessary by Party A for the purpose of providing credit card services, including but not limited to credit institutions such as the People's Bank of China's personal credit information basic database, Party A's third-party service agencies or agents, etc.

3. Party A will query the personal credit information of XX credit card applicant/guarantor from the personal credit information basic database of the People's Bank of China within the following business scope: review personal credit cards (credit cards, quasi-credit cards, XX credit card) application; reviewing individuals as guarantors of credit card applicants; assessing and managing credit card overdraft risks; accepting applications for business cards from legal persons or other organizations or serving as guarantors, and it is necessary to inquire about their legal representatives and investors credit status, or other circumstances that require verification of the applicant/guarantor.
