1. The cooperative credit card organizations are different. Dual currency cards are generally issued by UnionPay in cooperation with an international credit card organization. The all-currency card is issued by a single international credit card organization;
2. The currency conversion fees for overseas consumption are different. For overseas consumption with a dual-currency card, if it is non-USD, a certain rate of currency conversion fee will be charged. There is no such fee for the full-currency card;
3. The annual fees are different. Dual-currency cards generally charge an annual fee, while full-currency cards have no annual fee (except for platinum cards);
4. Domestic consumption channels are different. Dual-currency cards use UnionPay for domestic consumption, while full-currency cards cannot use UnionPay.
