If you have a China passport, don't expect to apply for a Japanese credit card.

Just get a bank card, which has nothing to do with income. You can apply directly to the bank with your passport, foreigner login card and seal.

Apple 4 bought in Japan can be used in China. To use China's card, you need to unlock it.
