Measures for the Administration of Credit Card Business
Article 37 After the cardholder has paid off the overdraft principal and interest, the account can be cancelled under any of the following circumstances:
(1) The cardholder does not replace the credit card 45 days after its expiration;
(2) after 45 days of reporting the loss of a credit card, there is no supplementary card and a new card is not replaced;
(3) The credit card has been withdrawn by the issuing bank for 45 days because of its poor reputation and being included in the stop payment list;
(4) the cardholder dies for some reason, and the card issuing bank has recovered his credit card for 45 days;
(5) the cardholder requests the cancellation of the account or the guarantor to cancel the guarantee, and has returned all the credit cards for 45 days;
(6) there has been no transaction in the credit card account for more than two years (inclusive);
(7) The cardholder violates other regulations, and the card-issuing bank thinks that the cardholder should be disqualified.
