Can Bank of China Dalian Branch repay the loan in advance in a shorter period?

Prepayment refers to the borrower's behavior of repaying the loan before the repayment period is due. Prepayment may be beneficial to the borrower and disadvantageous to the lender under certain circumstances, so whether early repayment is allowed and the conditions for early repayment should be clearly stipulated. Prepayment includes three situations: full repayment in advance, partial repayment in advance and the loan term remains unchanged, and partial repayment in advance while shortening the loan term.

As long as you meet the criteria, the lending bank should accept it.

For early repayment of a loan within one year, Bank of China will charge a maximum interest penalty of no more than six months (calculated based on the loan interest rate on the early repayment date). If the loan is repaid early after one year, no penalty will be charged.

You can check the loan-related documents. If it is not clearly stated in the loan agreement signed at that time, then you can apply if you meet the conditions.

Hope this helps.
