The handling fee for overseas cash withdrawal is 3% of each cash withdrawal amount, and the minimum charge is USD 3 or 30 yuan RMB (USD 5 or 30 yuan RMB for American Express Card-Centurion Black Gold Card and American Express Card-Centurion Platinum Card). There is no inter-bank handling fee for cash advance.

Cash borrowed in advance does not enjoy interest-free repayment. From the date of withdrawal to the date of settlement, interest will be charged at the daily rate of 0.5 ‰, and compound interest will be charged on a monthly basis.
