If the credit card debt is used for family life and joint operation, it belongs to the joint debt of husband and wife, and both husband and wife share the repayment responsibility; If the credit card debt is used for one party's personal expenses, or engaged in illegal activities, such as gambling, usury, etc. The other party is not liable for repayment.
