According to Article 24 (4) of Chapter 5 of ICBC's Peony Credit Card Charter of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, card issuers have the right to temporarily restrict or stop cardholders from using peony credit cards (except electronic cash transactions) for reasons such as declining credit status of cardholders or for the purpose of maintaining the security of funds in cardholders' accounts;
if the cardholder uses the peony credit card account to engage in illegal and criminal activities such as tax evasion, debt evasion, fraud, money laundering, withdrawal of funds and property at home and abroad, or if the cardholder's peony credit card account is used for the above activities, the card issuer has the right to cancel its cardholder qualification, stop providing corresponding services to the cardholder at any time, and can take back its peony credit card by itself or by authorizing relevant units.
