Will banks still sue for bad debts?
Bad debt in a bank means that you owe money, but you haven't paid it back, or you forgot to pay it back, which means it's overdue in the bank, so it's considered bad debt. General corporate loans are more prone to bad debts, and applicants for student loans are more likely to have bad debts. For the money that can't be contacted with the debtor or can't be recovered after dunning, it has been in a sluggish state for a long time. Whether the overdue person will be prosecuted or not, banks need to look at the reasons for overdue. If the bad debts are caused by overpayment, the bank will not sue. Bad debts are overdue. If the overdue time is long and the overdue amount is large, there is indeed the possibility of being sued by the bank.
