The credit card protection function is a freezing account function provided by our bank to ensure the security of cardholders' accounts. You can apply for credit card protection through the following methods:
1. Palm Banking : Please log in to the Palm Bank APP, click "My → Account Management → Select Credit Card → One-click Card Lock Management", and turn on the one-click card lock switch to operate the card protection, and you can also handle card cancellation through this function.
2. Online banking: Please log in to personal online banking and click "Credit Card → Settings → One-click Card Lock" to operate card protection and handle card cancellation through this function.
3. Customer service hotline: Please call our credit card customer service hotline and transfer to manual service for card protection.
Warm reminder:
1. The validity period of card protection for personal online banking and credit card customer service hotline is 7 days.
2. If your card is indeed at risk, it is recommended that you report the loss as soon as possible. After the loss is reported, our bank will automatically issue a new card.
