CITIC Credit Card Cloud QuickPass can be frozen/unfrozen/cancelled by the customer themselves or by calling the credit card customer service hotline.
1. Customers can log in to the card space - My Account - Cloud QuickPass Card by themselves to freeze/unfreeze/cancel the designated Cloud QuickPass card.
2. For credit card customer service, please call the credit card customer service hotline to handle freezing/unfreezing/cancellation.
