Hebei ETC Long Card IC Credit Card (hereinafter referred to as Hebei ETC Long Card) is a non-cash expressway service provided by Hebei Construction Bank and Hebei Expressway Administration A joint credit card issued by private car owners for payment needs. The card has both the basic rights of China Construction Bank IC credit card and the rights of Hebei Expressway ETC Changxing Card.

[Card Application Procedure]

Customers should go to CCB outlets to apply for ETC credit cards with their valid ID, driving book and other relevant information. After receiving the card, open it and set the relevant password.

[Contracting Procedure]

1. Customers must bring their ETC credit card, valid ID, and driving book to a designated outlet of our bank to sign the "Hebei Province Expressway Electronic Toll Entrustment Deduction Agreement", sign the contract in the CCB system, and keep the "ETC Signing Information Confirmation Form".

2. The customer brings the "ETC Signing Confirmation Information Form", his or her valid ID, ETC credit card, and driving book to the development zone branch or the expressway ETC customer service center, signs the contract in the high management bureau system, and installs the electronic Label.
