If it is a China Merchants Bank credit card, if the credit card transaction password is forgotten or locked, it can be reset through the following channels:

Online banking (Public version and Professional version): Click "Credit card → Card management → Password management →Transaction Password Settings", go to "Reset Password" in "Operation"

Mobile Banking: Click "All → Credit Card → Card Management → Transaction Password Management → Transaction Password Reset".

Credit card manual service: Call the credit card service hotline 8008205555 (free, limited to landline calls) or 4008205555 (local calls charged), and the manual process will be transferred to unlock and reset.
