Send me the interview process at the Bank of Communications Credit Card Center
I attended the interview at the Bank of Communications Credit Card Center on December 15th. It snowed heavily in Shanghai on the 15th, and the whole city was gray.
The interview location is in Xuhui District of Shanghai Business School. Take the subway to Yishan Road and walk along the Zhongshan West Road elevated road for 4 or 500 meters.
First of all, let me explain that this job is located in Pudong, Shanghai, and it is a labor dispatch system, but there are six basic insurances, one fund and basic salary.
When we arrived at the scene, we checked our names first, then sat in a small classroom and filled out the application form. What should be noted here is that in the email sent to us by the Bank of Communications, regarding the graduate recommendation form, it only mentioned that the original copy was required. Only when we got there did we know that we had to bring a copy. In short, no matter what you want, bring a copy, they will keep it.
Then there is waiting. There is heating in the classroom. Don't worry about whether it's cold or not.
After sitting for a while, it was my turn. I applied for the post of letter reviewer.
The person interviewing me was a man in his thirties or forties, who seemed to be from the north. First, I introduced myself. While I was introducing myself, he kept flipping through my information. It seemed like he didn't listen to anything I said. Then he asked me if I encountered any difficulties during the internship and how to solve them. Why apply for a letter review position?
In short, the questions are basic.
Finally, he asked me if there was any accommodation in Shanghai that could help. I said I have relatives in Shanghai.
Then he talked about some things about his work. He said that he had to reach the top 20 in performance before he could have a chance to improve. In the past few years, my job was to constantly review and confirm customer information, making more than 100 calls every day. He also talked about the headaches he had communicating with the IT department. Software engineering happened to be my major, and I felt the same way~
He told me that he was currently working as a labor dispatch employee. The Credit Card Center is a division of Bank of Communications, but it will one day become independent. At that time, employees will have more autonomy in salary and other matters.
On the forum, I saw that many students didn’t have much favorable impressions of this job.
I was like this at first, but after the interview, I changed my mind.
Let me tell you a little detail. When I was filling out the form, there was a pretty girl sitting next to me. I took a look at her resume. She majored in international trade at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and had a lot of internship experience. All in all, it is the kind of resume that is very sparkling and can shock many companies.
There is no distinction between high and low in work, even if you are a person handing out leaflets on the street, it is not easy.
If you want to struggle and live well in this city, everyone must be strong. All are worthy of respect.
